Former Crewe Alexandra striker Max Clayton is delighted with his move to Bolton Wanderers.
Clayton did his preseason with Sunderland and was also interesting Everton.
On his time at Crewe he said: "I owe so much to Crewe, they have worked with me since I was five years old so put up with me for nearly 15 years.
"I felt this was the right time to progress my career and a club like Bolton is the correct step for me.
"I always knew I wanted to move on this summer and since the terms were agreed I always wanted to come here."
