Red Bull Leipzig striker Davie Selke is attracting Premier League interest.
The Sun says West Ham face competition from Everton and Swansea for Selke.
The young German caused controversy when he announced he was leaving Werder Bremen to drop down a league to join ambitious Red Bulls for around £6million in the summer of 2015.
A tactical switch by Bulls coach Achim Beierlorzer to go without a main target man has seen Selke make just nine appearances and score two goals this term.
But that has not put off any potential Premier League suitors, with West Ham keen to replace outgoing loan flop Simone Zaza.
