Belgian youngster Maxime Lestienne is wanted by Everton and PSV Eindhoven.
The 17-year-old is a free agent after his club, Excelsior Mouscron, were kicked out of the Belgian First Division after going into bankruptcy and failing to fulfil a fixture for the third time this season.
The winger has scored three goals in 17 matches this season and admits he has offers from a number of clubs.
"It's a very difficult choice for me as I have offers from a number of big and small clubs," Lestienne admitted. "PSV sent Luc Nilis (chief scout) to speak with me and that was a great honour, but I haven't decided anything yet.
"I know if I do go to a big team then I will have to work very hard, but that is a challenge that attracts me."
