Everton boss Sean Dyche admits they must be sharper in front of goal.
Everton meet Newcastle at Goodison Park tonight.
Dyche said, “It's putting the ball in the net.
“That's the biggest challenge and that's the next challenge because a lot of our performances have been very strong at home.
“The number crunchers we have here are very in depth at what they do. I was asking them on their thoughts, and they said, 'Keep doing what you're doing because it pays you back eventually'.
"The quality of chance is the biggest thing. They don't just look at number of chances. It's the quality, getting into key areas, how many bodies are involved, and the effectiveness. The final moment of truth is the key.
“You have to keep doing it, though. It's not about going, 'Oh,well, the gaffer says the stats are good. We're going to score and win'. It's about keeping and pushing the standards, and then finding the moments of truth. It's not just a gimme. We have to earn it."
