Tottenham have kicked off their Europa League campaign with a comfortable 3-1 triumph over Azerbaijan's Qarabag FK.
Despite falling behind in just the seventh minute of their Group J stoush to a Richard Almeida de Oliveira penalty, Spurs manages to fight back thanks to a quick-fire double from summer signing Son Heung-min.
The South Korean ace poked home the leveller from three yards in the 28th minute before edging the North Londoners at White Hart Lane when playing a one-two with the impressive Dele Alli who squared for him to fire home just minutes after his first.
Mauricio Pochettino's side then came up with a third goal when substitute Harry Kane combined with Erik Lamela, allowing the Argentine to produce a lovely finish in the 86th minute.
It was a shaky beginning but in the end a solid result for Spurs who will now set their sights on a London derby with Crystal Palace in the Premier League this weekend.
