Tottenham midfielder Eric Dier fell ill in the warm-up to England's 2-1 defeat to Iceland in Euro2016, according to reports.
A report in the Daily Express claims that the 22-year-old informed the England medical staff of his illness during the warm-up, but Roy Hodgson and his backroom staff decided to stick with him for the Round of 16 game.
