Eriksen scores for Brentford in behind closed doors friendly

Brentford new boy Chrstian Eriksen managed an assist for the club in a closed doors friendly.

The Bees arranged the game to help the playmaker, and others, gain match sharpness for the second half of the season.

The 30-year-old, who suffered a cardiac arrest on the pitch at Euro 2020, signed a short term deal with Brentford in January.

Eriksen played an hour in the game, got an assist, and looked close to the level of sharpness needed to play in the Premier League.

The ex-Inter Milan star was last in the English top flight with Tottenham.
