Empoli president Fabrizio Corsi admits offers are arriving for Guglielmo Vicario.
The goalkeeper has been linked with Inter Milan as a replacement for Andre Onana.
“There are a few clubs interested [in Vicario], a couple from abroad and with one, talks are advanced," Corsi told Lady Radio.
“This morning, a big Serie A club called me. They said they could sell their goalkeeper abroad, so they'd be interested in Vicario. Friendship counts and this club have been interested for several months.
“We are proud that important clubs have targeted Guglielmo.
“He is a special person, not only as a footballer. He returned from the national team yesterday and visited me to gift me an Italy shirt. He has the maturity of a 50-year-old person."
