Elseid Hysaj is rethinking his future at Napoli.

The Albania fullback was expected to leave at the end of the season.

But agent Mario Giuffredi says, “Things have changed under Gattuso and we talked to the club about the situation."

Giuffredi also revealed, “We are discussing the contract renewals for (Giovanni) Di Lorenzo and Mario Rui. It's a fantastic group, they all rushed to hug Gattuso at the final whistle, showing how much they love the coach. He deserves all the affection in the world."
