Vizela have completed the signing of Manchester City midfielder Diego Rosa.
Rosa has moved to the Portuguese outfit on a season-long loan.
The 19 year-old joined City 18 months ago from Gremio and spent last season on-loan with Lommel.
Rosa, a central midfielder, is a former Brazil U17 international.
