Manchester City boss Manuel Pellegrini has praised Kevin De Bruyne following his winner in City's 2-1 victory over Sevilla in the Champions League.

De Bruyne scored in injury time to cap a solid City performance and seal three vital points for the Etihad side.

Pellegrini praised the former Wolfsburg star describing him as a perfect player for City.

"We bought Kevin because we knew is a very creative player who can score and create goals and in that respect he was the perfect player to bring to our club," said Pellegrini.
