Crystal Palace striker Jean-Philippe Mateta says they're fresh for their clash with Nottingham Forest.

Palace's players have had over three weeks off preparing for the clash with Forest.

"It was good – we worked on the details, and for the manager I think it was good and for the players because of the routines," he told Palace's website.

“How to press, how to play, and all those details. This trip was more about the details.

“We stay together as a team, we press together, we do everything together. We defend together, we attack together.
