Crystal Palace boss Frank de Boer is considering a swoop for Ajax Amsterdam defender Kenny Tete, according to reports from Voetbal International.

Palace recently completed a major coup by appointing de Boer as their new manager and many now expect the Dutchman to bring in exciting new signings to Selhurst Park this summer.

Now in reports emerging out of the Netherlands, revelations can be made that De Boer's first signing as Palace manager is set to be Kenny Tete.

Galatasaray were said to have agreed a fee in the region of around €3m with Ajax for Tete but with the defender not interested in a move to Turkey, he is likely to join Palace instead this summer.
