Crystal Palace are eyeing Everton midfielder James McCarthy for the January market.
The Daily Star says Palace could revive their interest in McCarthy in January, with the Republic of Ireland international finding his opportunities limited so far this season under new Toffees boss Ronald Koeman.
McCarthy, who joined Everton from Wigan Athletic in 2013, has previously played alongside current Palace midfielder James McArthur during his time with the Latics.
Palace were heavily linked with a move for McCarthy in the summer, and reportedly came close to agreeing a deal on transfer deadline day, only to miss out after Moussa Sissoko's late change of heart.
