Corinthians' board are unhappy to be losing Paulinho to Tottenham.

Mario Gobbi Filho - president of Paulinho's current club Corinthians - complained about treatment of his side regarding the future of their star players, like Paulinho.

"Besides the signings we also suffered harassment of the top clubs in the world on some of our key players," he said.

"We make every effort to keep them but we have to evaluate the good proposals and understand the goals and aspirations of our athletes."
