West Ham United defender James Collins says they've been refreshed by their Dubai training camp.
Collins, a key figure in the Hammers' backline which has kept 13 clean sheets in the league, is adamant the trip has done the players a world of good having been under huge pressure for that crucial run of fixtures.
"It was nice, obviously we were under a lot of pressure going into the last three or four games," the Welshman said.
"To get away and get a bit of sun on your back was nice.
"Doing a bit of training there in the sunshine and getting the squad together and have a bit of banter was great."
