Everton club captain Seamus Coleman is likely to stay at the club for another season.
The right-back was absent for the last part of the season with injury after suffering the blow during a game against Leicester City in April.
However, Coleman is expected to regain full fitness, with The Times suggesting he wants to renew his contract.
Coleman is ready to agree fresh terms with the club where he has played for the past 14 years.
Coleman has been at Everton since 2009, joining from Sligo Rovers as a youngster.
Everton remained in the Premier League after a final day win over Bournemouth at home.
