Chelsea have booked a medical for departing Manchester City attacker Raheem Sterling.
Sterling has seen City accept a structured £50m offer from Chelsea for his transfer.
The England international has also agreed a five-year deal with a 12 month option on better terms than he was at City.
It will see him become the club's highest-paid player on over £300,000 a week.
Chelsea hope Sterling will complete a medical early next week and then join his new team-mates on the pre-season tour of the United States, says the London Evening Standard.
The squad flew out on Saturday.
Sterling, who leaves City after seven years, has been Chelsea's top transfer target for the summer and becomes the first signing of the Todd Boehly era.
