Chelsea have handed trials to Kingstonian left-back Bryant Akono Bilongo.

Bilongo featured for the U23s in last night's clash with Blackburn Rovers.

He only joined Kingstonian in June, having stepped up from the Combined Counties League, where he played for Hanworth Villa.

The 19-year-old left-back is reportedly close to signing for the Premier League side for £50,000.

Interestingly, the father of Reece James coaches the Kingstonian youth team.
