Chelsea keen on Bale but fire Hazard warning at Real Madrid

Chelsea are putting their foot down over Eden Hazard's situation ahead of the January market.

Real Madrid president Florentino Perez believes he can tempt Chelsea into parting with Hazard over the New Year - and is even prepared to set up a swap deal involving Gareth Bale in order to make it happen.

However, while Chelsea are interested in Bale, they have no intention of losing Hazard midway through the season.

Okdiario's chief pundit Eduardo Inda, speaking on El Chiringuito de Jugones, revealed: "The Real board knows that the Belgian may join their ranks at a lower price in July, but they want to see him in the Merengues in January, so they would be willing to seize him with an offer of Bale plus money."

But the feedback coming from Blues intermediaries is that Hazard is not for sale.
