Chelsea agree for Aubameyang to leave for Marseille

Chelsea have reached an agreement with Marseille for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

The Gabon centre forward is heading to France on a multi-year contract, having arrived at Chelsea a year ago.

Aubameyang had six impressive months at Barcelona in 2021/2022, but then spent nearly all of 2022/2023 on the fringes of Chelsea's first team.

Per The Mail, the deal to take Aubameyang to Marseille is all but done this week.

He will have his medical and sign on the dotted line to play for the historic French club.

Aubameyang has likely taken a pay cut, as he was on £200,000-per-week at Chelsea.
