Scottish giants Celtic scheduled face-to-face talks with Brendan Rodgers regarding their head coaching spot.

Rodgers, a former Celtic manager, left the club midway through a season in early 2019 to join Leicester City.

After losing his job with the Foxes, Rodgers is looking for his next job, with Celtic an appealing option.

Per The Mail, Rodgers is someone Celtic believe could take over from Ange Postecoglou without much fuss.

They would also have a good chance of retaining assistant manager John Kennedy if they secure Rodgers.
