Cardiff City defender Steven Caulker has earned a call-up to the England squad.
Roy Hodgson has called Caulker into his squad for England's World Cup qualifiers with Moldova and Ukraine after Manchester United defender Phil Jones and Liverpool's Glen Johnson joined Wayne Rooney in pulling out.
"England have called up Steven Caulker following the withdrawal of three players from Roy Hodgson's squad due to injury," said an FA statement.
