Cardiff City boss Malky Mackay believes they've signed a future star in Steven Caulker.
The defender has arrived from Tottenham this week.
"He is in the England squad at the moment and he could be England's future No.1 centre-half," said Mackay.
"And he can progress here towards that. We're delighted he has committed to us."
