Former Juventus star Mauro Camoranesi has sung the praises of Fiorentina coach Vincenzo Italiano.

Camoranesi rates Italiano as the best coach in Serie A.

He told TMW: "There are many around who are doing very well. In my opinion, the best of the last four years has been Vincenzo Italiano. The work he has done, winning in Trapani and Spezia, should be underlined.

"Sometimes, however, we only look at the first three."

Camoranesi also said: "...I am pleased that Italian football is asserting itself abroad, last year with three finalists It was a magical year in Europe."
