Departing Barcelona captain Sergi Busquets says Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola is the best coach he's played for.

Busquets won everything in the game with Guardiola as Barca coach.

He told the Guardian: "Pep is special and he is the best coach I have had.

"What he has achieved is very difficult. Go to Germany and win. Go to England and win. With very good teams, yes, but he makes every team better by playing the way he wants.

"He is also always developing and trying new things. For example, John Stones in midfield or experiments with wingbacks. He always thinks: What can I improve?"
