Burnley defender Jordan Beyer was left frustrated after their 2-0 home defeat to Everton.
Amadou Onana and Michael Keane scored for Everton's win.
Beyer said, “It hurts. In the first moments of the game, it was like a game we didn't have to lose, and it just doesn't feel good obviously to lose the game, especially when you haven't really been dominated or anything, two set pieces.
"Like before the season it's just the moments in the game where we aren't 100% maybe added and this cost us the points today.
"Because I don't think they had that many clear chances or something and yeah on the other hand we didn't use our chances, the ones we had, and in this league if you don't score and one second alone it gets punished like nowhere else.
“But we go again on Saturday, there's not much we can do about it now, so we go again."
