Brighton and Hove Albion star Alexis Mac Allister is mentally ready to play in their next game against Everton.

That is according to boss Roberto De Zerbi, who spoke about the World Cup winner.

However, the coach added that a final decision on Mac Allister would be made over his physical fitness.

“Mentally, for sure Alexis can play," the Seagulls boss told a press conference.

“Physically, I'm not sure but we will see tomorrow (Tuesday) morning."

Mac Allister returned to the club to a hero's welcome this week, with the players all greeting him and celebrating his World Cup success.
