Brentford boss Thomas Frank has dismissed at West Ham United over counterpart David Moyes.
The Bees meet West Ham on Friday night.
Frank said: "I mean, David Moyes and his staff have been doing a strong job over the past three years. They may have over-performed - they certainly have been top-notch when you look at them stabilising the club.
"Two years ago they became number six and beat one of the top clubs, it is a remarkable achievement, last season they became number seven and performed in Europe, where they reached the the semi-finals.
"I would support Moyes and his staff to continue, because there is no Premier League club that can hold a position, unless one is Manchester City or Liverpool. I think you should stay calm and stick to the strategy."
