Blackburn Rovers boss Sam Allardyce has no problem being compared with British PM Gordon Brown.

Big Sam was compared to Brown this week by Justice secretary and Rovers fanatic Jack Straw MP.

Straw quipped: "Neither of them are pin-ups but people will see the real quality in them."

Big Sam said: "It was nice of Jack. He knows I'm a Labour fan. To be compared with any leader has to be seen as flattering."
