Saido Berahino is now a free agent.

The forward has left the Championship side as the two parties agreed on a mutual contract termination.

It leaves Berahino free to try and find another club.

He will receive compensation for the remaining three years of his Stoke contract.

The issues between club and player stem from a drink driving incident in May, when the club tried to sack him for gross misconduct.

Berahino is only 26 and will be hoping that he can find another club to rebuild his career and reputation.
