Barcelona want to set up a loan deal for Manchester City winger Robinho in January.
Sport says a deal could be struck between the two clubs in mid-December when Barca club president Joan Laporta is scheduled to meet officials from Manchester City during the FIFA World Club Championships in Abu Dhabi.
Barca want to tie up a six-month loan deal for Robinho with the view to an outright transfer in June.
