Barcelona president Joan Laporta is plotting a summer move for Manchester City attacker Bernardo Silva.
Mundo Deportivo says Barcelona are hopeful of landing the Portugual international with president Laporta and agent Jorge Mendes having already discussed a strategy to get a deal over the line.
Barca's optimism stems from the City star admitting he wants to play for Barcelona, however the Premier League champions are likely to demand a fee in the region of £85 million to sell.
The idea put forward by the pair is to make a small initial payment followed by multiple instalments spread over the next few seasons.
It remains to be seen whether Barcelona can tempt City into a deal of this type and whether City would be prepared to let go of the 27-year-old.
