Barcelona coach Xavi says Pep Guardiola is the best coach in the world.

The pair were Barca teammates between 1998 and 2001, before Guardiola coached Xavi as Blaugrana coach between 2008 and 2012.

Xavi said of the Manchester City manager: “I think Guardiola is the best in the business.

"He constantly introduces some innovative things in football. Everyone who played under his leadership became better."

Xavi has been in charge of Barcelona since November 2021.
