Neymar is well aware that Manchester City are interested in signing him.

The Barcelona star arrived back in Spain on Sunday following a Christmas break and was met by a throng of reporters at El Prat airport.

Asked if he knew City wanted to sign him, Neymar responded: "Yes, yes", with a smile on his face.

When further quizzed on his future, Neymar added: "I don't know, life is long."

The Brazilian forward has frequently been linked with a future move away from Camp Nou in recent times with Barcelona's Spanish rivals Real Madrid reportedly showing significant interest.

And it is no secret that City are keen to lure him to the Premier League after his current deal with Barca expires in the summer of 2018.

This season, 23-year-old Neymar has scored 14 goals in 13 La Liga appearances for the Catalan giants.
