Tuttosport says Inter are in talks to sign the France international midseason.

Inter chief Piero Ausilio was in England this week for talks with City officials about Mangala.

Ausilio hopes to take Mangala on-loan in January for the second-half of the season.

The defender was registered by City for the Premier League this season, but remains on the outer of manager Pep Guardiola's plans.
