Atletico Madrid striker Alvaro Morata insists they'll be ready for their Champions League opener against Lazio.
Atletico go into the game on the back of defeat to Valencia.
Morata told TMW: “A defeat is always a defeat. We have a positive mentality. We have cleared our heads and the team is very strong. Tomorrow, we have a great opportunity to make up for it, as well as next weekend.
“Every competition is important. We have a lot of confidence in the group. I will do everything to win titles with Atletico, as will my teammates.
“There will be many competitions to face, the Champions League, La Liga, the Copa del Rey and the Super Cup, regardless of how it went in Valencia.
“Last year we did well in the first part of the season. In the Champions League you can't afford moments of weakness. Tomorrow, we have to take advantage of this opportunity."
He added: “It seemed that after the game with Rayo Vallecano we were the best in Europe, after Valencia we looked like a disaster. We got together and confronted each other. We always want to win, and we work for that."
