Atletico Madrid defender Diego Godin says every player needs to step up after their thrashing by Borussia Dortmund.
Atletico lost their Champions League encounter 4-0.
"We were controlling the game until their goal, then they were efficient," said Godin. "We can't, though, put it down to bad luck.
"We started the second half well, but you need to be efficient. There's a need to improve when things aren't going well.
"There's a need to push on and for each one to offer more, then we'll improve collectively."
Speaking about the situation of the group, he admitted they now face a tough task.
"First place becomes complicated," the Uruguayan said.
"We need to try to win the return match at home, although the goal difference is significant for them."
