Aston Villa goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez has sent a clear warning to teammate Lisandro Martinez for Argentina.

The duo will be crucial for the South American nation as they aim to win the tournament in what is likely to be legend Lionel Messi's final World Cup.

Martinez, who is 30, wants to make sure that his name sake does not get into trouble with the officials in Qatar during the tournament.

The Villa keeper went onto Instagram and commented that Lisandro should "behave well, eh" and pointed a red card at him jokingly while saying so.

Argentina take on Saudi Arabia on Tuesday in their first group stage game of the competition.
