Aston Villa boss Unai Emery expects a battle against Burnley on Saturday.

Villa face Burnley after defeat at Manchester United in midweek.

Emery said: “I appreciate a lot how they are playing and competing. They are a team that's adapting everything they need to improve.

“Their style is a strong style, playing with good positioning. They were successful last year in the Championship and they weren't successful at the beginning of the season in the Premier League.

“They adapted so quickly to the new things tactically that they needed to add. Analysing (Vincent) Kompany and Burnley, it's going to be a very difficult match."
