Chelsea youth coach Andy Myers has joined Vitesse Arnhem.
The former Blues fullback has been named Vitesse assistant coach, signing a one-year deal.
"We are delighted that Andy wants to quit his job at Chelsea to join us. Andy specializes in educating young talent.
"With his arrival, we have a good mix to our coaching staff," said Vitesse chief Mo Allach.
Vitesse and Chelsea enjoy close ties, with Nathan and Lewis Baker already having signed new loan deals with the Eredivisie outfit in recent weeks.
