The agent of Tottenham midfielder Rafael van der Vaart has revealed he's moving to Hamburg.
The 29-year-old is all set to undergo a medical in Hamburg today.
"I can confirm that Rafael is on his way to Hamburg now for a medical," said Van der Vaart's agent Robert Geerlings.
"No fee has been agreed, but when a player goes for a medical it is clear that the two parties intend to find a solution."
