Bobby Zamora is pleased he stayed with Fulham.

The striker almost joined struggling Hull City in the summer and has won great praise from manager Roy Hodgson for his performances this season.

Zamora told fulhamfc.com: "I am happy here and I think the guys we've got here are really starting to click now.

"Obviously we had a good season last year but we've picked up a few injuries this season and the boys that have come in have been unbelievable.

"The likes of Chris Baird, Jonathan Greening and Bjorn Helge Riise - everyone who has come in has been brilliant. Everyone knows what's expected and that shows out on the pitch."
