Wolves midfielder Ruben Neves is closing on a move to Barcelona.

Sport says Neves will join Barca in exchange for winger Ansu Fati.

A four-year deal has been tabled to Neves by Barca chiefs with Wolves resigned to losing their captain.

However, the Portugal international isn't the first-choice of coach Xavi, who would prefer Real Sociedad midfielder Martin Zubimendi.

Should the deal go through, Neves would arrive to replace departing Barca skipper Sergi Busquets.
