West Ham striker Marlon Harewood is ready to move north to Wigan Athletic after talking over the switch his family.

Harewood may fly out to team up with his new mates in Holland today.

A pal of Harewood's explained to the Mirror: "Marlon needed to make sure everything was right before he went. This is a life-changing move."
