West Ham United will not rush into new contract talks with Aaron Cresswell.
The left-back is being linked with Manchester City.
The London Evening Standard says his consistently high level of performances has attracted interest from some of the top clubs in the country, including City, while the England coach Roy Hodgson has also watched the defender in action recently.
The 25-year-old, who began his career at Tranmere, has four years left on his contract and West Ham have no plans to offer him a new deal at present.
