West Bromwich Albion are showing significant interest in Chelsea striker Patrick Bamford.
The Birmingham Mail reports that Albion have joined the race for the 21-year old who is also a target for Tyne-Wear rivals Newcastle United and Sunderland.
Bamford starred on loan for Middlesbrough last season, scoring 17 goals on his way to the Championship Player of the Year award, but could be let go by Chelsea.
The Premier League champions are unlikely to give Bamford game time next season and instead of loaning him out, could sell for £8million, especially if Radamel Falcao joins from Monaco as is being reported.
Tony Pulis is believed to be looking at strengthening his attack at The Hawthorns which was led by Saido Berahino who scored 14 Premier League goals last term with Brown Ideye second top scorer on just four.
