Arsene Wenger has denied rumours he will leave Arsenal before the end of his current contract, with Bayern Munich and Real Madrid reported destinations. The Frenchman's current deal runs through to 2011 and he has moved to calm Gunners supporters fears he may seek pastures new after four years without a trophy in north London.
"Arsenal is my club and because it is my club, it is the only club," he explained.
"I arrived here a long time ago and I believe in the potential of this club.
"Even more, I want to give this club the opportunity to do things and win things and that is why I work so hard.
"I am not talking about a new contract. I have one until 2011 and I think that's quite a long time."
