Chelsea manager Roberto Di Matteo feels his side has just as strong a chance of winning the Champions League final over Bayern Munich as the Germans do.
The Bundesliga club get the rare luxury of hosting a European final when they meet the Blues at the Allianz Arena on May 19 but Di Matteo suggests that the fact it is a one-off match gives his players every hope.
"Bayern is a historical team and they have a good tradition in European cups.
"They are going to be playing in Munich as well, their home ground, so I think it's going to be as difficult if not more difficult than with Real.
"At the end of the day it's a one off game and we go into it both teams with the same chances. Whether it's going to be an advantage to them I think we will only know after the game.""Once you qualify for the final you're going to play against strong opposition," said the Italian manager.
