Arsenal loanee Nuno Tavares made a huge impact on his Marseille debut in France.

The left-back departed the Gunners earlier in the transfer window, after struggling for game time last season.

However, he showed his potential by scoring an outstanding goal in his opening Ligue 1 game of the season.

The goal gave Marseille a 2-0 lead at the time against Reims, with Colombian forward Luis Suarez netting twice late in the game to seal the win.

Marseille went on to clinch the game 4-1, with Reims netting a late consolation through Folarin Balogun.
